Thai Chili Salmon Poke Bowl

It is so easy to make poke at home! This one gives salmon some sweetness with a sriracha kick.

Instructions

  1. With a very sharp knife, slice salmon into 1/2" cubes. Place into bowl and add Thai Chili sauce, tossing to coat all pieces. Cover and refrigerate 30-60 minutes.
  2. Remove from fridge and build your bowl. For this recipe we used sushi rice, pineapple, avocado, jalapeno, cilantro, toasted sesame seeds, dried seaweed, watermelon radish and our Thai Chili that we whipped up (recipe below).

Thai Chili Aioli

  1. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise and Thai Chili sauce to desired taste and heat level. Sauce should be thin enough to drizzle.
