No need for a special clay baking dish… this recipe using our Tandoori seasoning is delicious on the grill and so much easier!

- Score chicken with a few shallow knife cuts. Rub 2 Tbsp seasoning all over chicken.
- In a bowl, combine remaining 2 Tbsp seasoning, yogurt, lime juice and onion. Pour mixture into a sealable plastic bag and add chicken. Chill 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 300F. Line a pan with foil and place a wire rack on top. Place chicken on top of rack and bake until internal temp. is 130F, about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and switch to broil. Place plan about 6" from broiler and cook until internal temp. is 165F for white meat, 175F for dark meat. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro, over basmati rice, if desired.
