Savory Vermont Meat Loaf

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, eggs, 1/3 cup ketchup and contents of Vermont Grill seasoning packet.
  3. Shape into a 10" x 5" loaf; place on a lightly greased rack place over a foil-lined baking pan.
  4. Bake for 45 min. Brush 1/3 cup ketchup over meatloaf and bake 10-15 additional min or until no longer pink in center.
  5. Let stand 10 min before serving.
