- Boil a small saucepan of water. Turn off the heat and add contents of shelled edamame pkg to the water. Stir for 5 to 10 seconds and immediately drain.
- In a food processor, combine the thawed edamame and the remaining ingredients; blend until it starts to become smooth -- leave some chunks for texture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate so flavors can meld.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or crackers.
