- Melt butter in a heavy skillet. Add garlic and cook for a few min.
- Add shrimp and Sonoma Pepper; continue to saute until shrimp turns pink. Toss in chopped parsley and stir for one minute.
- Serve over cooked rice.
- To enhance the flavor of the rice, add 1 tsp. Sonoma Pepper to rice before cooking.
