  1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet. Add garlic and cook for a few min.
  2. Add shrimp and Sonoma Pepper; continue to saute until shrimp turns pink. Toss in chopped parsley and stir for one minute.
  3. Serve over cooked rice.
  4. To enhance the flavor of the rice, add 1 tsp. Sonoma Pepper to rice before cooking.
