- Coat the bottom of a heavy pot with oil. Add the onions and garlic and cook at medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until onions soften and begin to caramelize.
- Add kielbasa and Cajun Street; saute for a min.
- Add cabbage and stir briefly. Add chicken stock; bring to a simmer, cover the pan and cook over low heat for 45 min, or until the cabbage is tender.
- Uncover and stir in butter before serving.
