Sheet Pan Asian Shrimp Green Beans

Easier than calling take-out! A one pan dinner that’s quick to prep!

  1. Place shrimp in a resealable bag and drizzle 1 Tbsp olive oil to lightly coat. Add Mandarin Ginger Dryglaze, seal and shake for even coating. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from fridge before next steps.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Asian Curry and Honey Veggie Roaster with 2 Tbsp olive oil.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray (or use non-stick foil). Place green beans in a single layer on sheet and toss with Asian Curry olive oil mixture.
  4. Place baking sheet under broiler on high heat for 4 minutes. Remove from oven, toss green beans and move to one side of pan. Add shrimp to baking sheet and put under broiler for additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from oven and add cashews if desired.
