- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a well-greased 13" x 9" glass baking dish, place one layer of potato slices. Dot with 3 tsp butter. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp Jamaican Jerk BBB. Repeat layering until dish is full.
- Place milk in small saucepan and warm. Gently pour warm milk over potatoes.
- Place baking dish on large baking sheet and bake for one hour or until light golden brown and bubbly.
- Variations on this dish are numerous: Add 1-1/2 cups thinly sliced onions or 1-1/2 cup shredded gruyere or cheddar cheese.
