  1. Rub chicken with oil and place in a resealable bag.
  2. Empty packet of Mandarin Ginger DryGlaze into bag. Seal bag and gently shake for even coating. Let set for 30 minutes to create a beautiful glaze.
  3. Use indirect heat. For roasting
  4. Serve with your favorite roasted veggies and garnish with grilled orange slices, sliced green onion, and sesame seeds.

  1. Hi Patricia, Thank you for your question! That is a vague direction isn’t it? Our apologies! After marinating in the fridge, roast the chicken thighs in a 350° oven for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear. An internal thermometer is the most accurate way to know when chicken is done, and it should read 165°. Keep them covered with foil for the first half, but remove the foil for the last 15 minutes so the skin can brown.
