- Prepare a full rack of baby back ribs by first removing the thin papery membrane from the back of the rib rack.
- Sprinkle both sides generously with Kansas City Classic Rub and let rest in refrigerator for one hour.
- Prepare charcoal grill and place 1 handful soaked and drained hickory chips on either side.
- Arrange the ribs bone side down. Cover and grill over indirect heat for 1-1/2 hours or until tender.
