- 2-3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1-2 tsp Urban Accents Mango Masala Seasoned Salt
- 1-1/2 lbs jicama, peeled & julienned
- 1/2 med red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Urban Accents Mozambique Peri Peri (optional)
- In a medium bowl, whisk together lime juice and Mango Masala Seasoned Salt.
- Add jicama, red onion and cilantro; gently toss.
- For extra heat, add a few red pepper flakes. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
