- Preheat grill for med-high heat.
- In small bowl, whisk together Jamaican Jerk BBQ, lime juice, soy sauce and ginger.
- Combine mixture with beef until well blended.
- Form into four burgers and grill until desired doneness.
- Serve on toasted buns with a chipotle lime mayonnaise.
- Recipe is also delicious with with ground turkey or pork.
