- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Wash and scrub new potatoes clean, leaving skins on. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with Sonoma Pepper and Herbes de Provence.
- Roast for 40-50 min or until tender.
- Salt to taste.
