Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 ounce Urban Accents Brazilian Style Churrasco Seasoning ((divided))
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup red pepper, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tube store-bought biscuits
- Preparation: 15 min

Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees, and heat a cast iron skillet or dutch oven over medium high heat.
- 2. Add pork to skillet and break up while browning - appx 6 minutes. Stir in 2 Tbsp seasoning and continue cooking for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
- 3. Whisk the eggs, milk, and remaining seasoning together and pour over pork. Layer red pepper and shredded cheese onto eggs. Place skillet in oven for 10-15 minutes. Watch for a firm top before next steps.
- 4. Remove skillet from oven. Open and separate biscuits and place on top of eggs in a circle. Bake 25-30 minutes or until biscuits and eggs are cooked throughout.
