Our ultra savory Ancho Chile Pork Burger gets a sweet and juicy summer picnic partner!
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 ounce (full packet) Urban Accents Ancho Chile Pork Burger Seasoning
- 1 green onion (finely chopped)
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- cooking spray
- 2 large peaches (pit removed, cut into 1.5inch slices)
- 4 brioche hamburger buns
- fresh arugula
- Preparation: 10 min
- Cooking: 12 min

Instructions
- Combine seasoning, pork, and green onion. Split into four sections and gently pat each into a patty.
- Grill on each side 5-6 minutes (an internal thermometer should reach 160°F). Top with cheese for last few minutes of cooking.
- While patties grill, lightly spray peach slices with cooking spray. Grill peaches 4-5 minutes on each side or until dark grill marks form.
- Serve pork patties topped with melted cheese, peach slices, and arugula on toasted brioche buns.
