- Combine seasoning, pork, and green onion. Split into four sections and gently pat each into a patty.
- Grill on each side 5-6 minutes (an internal thermometer should reach 160°F). Top with cheese for last few minutes of cooking.
- While patties grill, lightly spray peach slices with cooking spray. Grill peaches 4-5 minutes on each side or until dark grill marks form.
- Serve pork patties topped with melted cheese, peach slices, and arugula on toasted brioche buns.
