Grilled peach parfait with a honey ginger cracker crumble is an easy dessert to make any day of the week!
- Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Plus graham crackers, flour & 1/4 cup seasoning in the a food processor until finely ground. Transfer to a medium bowl and add melted butter; mix until a few large clumps form. Spread out crumble on a rimmed baking sheet and bake, shaking once, until golden, 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
- Set grill pan to medium high. Spray peach wedges with cooking spray and sprinkle seasoning over peaches. Grill until desired doneness.
- Mash raspberries with a spoon in a small bowl, then mix in sugar & water. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Divide warm peaches among bowl and top with whipped cream, raspberries and crumble.
