- Set oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place brie cheese in the middle of the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and spread 3-5 tbsp of roasting glaze on top of baked brie. Return to the oven for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 3 minutes before serving. Top with walnuts, if using.
