- Remove the flesh from the avocados and mash with a fork in a medium bowl.
- Stir in lemon juice and zest, tomato, Mozambique Peri Peri, cilantro and olive oil.
- Place plastic wrap on surface of guacamole; cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
- Serve as a dip or spread.
