Firey Guacamole Recipe

  1. Remove the flesh from the avocados and mash with a fork in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir in lemon juice and zest, tomato, Mozambique Peri Peri, cilantro and olive oil.
  3. Place plastic wrap on surface of guacamole; cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
  4. Serve as a dip or spread.
