These low-carb Turkey BLTs are so cute and *perfectly* seasoned! They’ll make a light entree or a hearty appetizer for your next summer soiree.

- Combine seasoning and turkey. Gently pat into eight even patties. Grill or sauté 5-7 minutes on each side or until center reaches 165°F.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the very bottom off of each tomato to create a small flat surface. This will help sliders stand straight. Cut the top and bottom thirds of the tomato away from the middle (reserve the middle for another use - we suggest a caprese salad!).
- Layer tomato 'buns' with turkey patties, bacon slices, and lettuce leaves. Add mayo, if desired. Toothpicks are helpful for holding sliders together while serving.
