- Place carrots, butter, oil, and seasoning in slow cooker.
- Cover with lid and set to high. Allow to cook for 2-3 hours or until fork tender. (Stir after 1.5 hours.)
- Serve immediately garnished with parsley.
To thicken glaze, cook in slow cooker without lid for last 10-15 minutes.
