HOW TO USE…

  • Rub 2-3 pounds of meat or seafood with oil and place in a resealable bag.
  • Empty packet of Vermont Grill DRYGLAZE seasoning into bag.
  • Seal bag and gently shake for even coating.
  • Let set for 30 minutes to create a beautiful glaze.
  • For grilling: Use indirect heat.
  • For roasting: Cover with foil and roast as usual. Remove foil halfway through cooking to brown.

I'm a regular customer, and many of the Urban Accents products are considered must haves in my spice cabinet. I purchased this dry glaze on a whim with my last order. Reading some of the reviews, I decided it would be worth a try on my lamb burgers. I am so glad I did! It literally created the best, most favorable lamb burgers I have ever tasted, let alone made myself. Like other reviewers I added a dash or two of maple syrup to the bag with the ground lamb and dry glaze. The results are an unique, sweet and savory treat that will bring you back reordering this dry glaze time and again. Thanks UA... You've got another serious winner here!!!

Love it with ground lamb for lamb burgers, I mix it in with the ground lamb, add a dash of maple syrup, best lamb burgers yet.
