YOU WILL NEED…
1 lb ground turkey
Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
Reserve 1 Tbsp seasoning. Use hands to combine remaining seasoning and turkey. Gently pat into four even patties. Grill or sauté 7 minutes on each sides or until center reaches 165°F – top with cheese for last few minutes of cooking. Serve on toasted buns and garnish with fresh basil, sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with remaining seasoning. Kick it up and add a balsamic reduction drizzle.
