YOU WILL NEED…
2 lb pork tenderloin, cubed
2 Tbsp seasoning
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup lime juice
DIRECTIONS…
Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottom pot. Add just enough water to cover pork. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. cook on low 60-90 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Increase heat to med-high and cook for an additional 10-20 minutes stirring and flipping for added crust.
