For Single Batch:
- 1 lb small cucumbers; sliced into spears
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg Sweet & Tangy Pickling Spice
In a medium saucepan, bring vinegar and water to a boil. Add sugar and pickling spice; stir until sugar dissolves, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Place cucumber spears in a heat-proof bowl and add mixture. Let sit for one hour at room temperature and serve, or refrigerate.
