YOU WILL NEED…
- 1 lb cut up pineapple
- 1 Tbsp seasoning
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
DIRECTIONS…
Preheat grill. In a bowl, toss pineapple with melted butter. Add seasoning and mix until well combined. Grill until pineapple has caramelized on all sides.

To make a pineapple salsa — combine 2 cups diced grilled pineapple, 1 whole jalapeno (with the ribs & seeds removed), 1 whole red pepper diced & juice from 1 lime in a bowl. Give it a good stir & serve with tortilla chips.
