YOU WILL NEED…
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp minced red onion (optional)
For Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp honey
Preheat oven to 350F. Place orange juice and honey in small saucepan with half the seasoning. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low for 15 minutes, stirring often.
In medium bowl, combine ground pork, egg, bread crumbs, onion and remaining seasoning; combine thoroughly. Roll mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1-inch each and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
Place sauce in dipping bowl. Serve meatballs with toothpicks for easy dipping.
