    This is hard. The delightful smoky flavor this salt imparts to simple dishes like baked chicken and rice and egg white omelets is amazing. I make every effort to use it in moderation but like I mentioned earlier, it’s hard!

    Delicious on grilled chicken and fish, in bean soup, on sauteed veggies. A wonderful smokey delicate flavor.

    I use this when I cook pork chops on the grille . Just a little olive oil / spanish smoke salt as a rub and let it sit for a few before cooking and they come out great. You can still get the smokeyness flavor even after its cooked .

    gorgeous flavor, but the different particle sizes meant a lot of zoning of flavors in the package. I wish everything had been more uniform; i will have to run this through my mortar and pestle to get it to work for me…

    Haven’t used it yet, later this week! But we really like smoked paprika, and in sea salt version, well, we are looking forward to it. I’m thinking of an Hungarian goulash w/rice stuffed in Acorn squash.
