Roasting veggies with a cheesy Mediterranean flavor is easy with our blend of Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, sugar and spices. Just mix with olive oil and melted butter then toss with thick slices of acorn or butternut squash, potatoes or any root veggie and roast!

Each package seasons three batches of squash.

For Single Batch of Parmesan Mediterranean Roasted Squash:

  • 1 acorn or butternut squash
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan Mediterranean Veggie Roaster seasoning

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut squash in half lengthwise, remove seeds, then cut into half-moon slices about 1/2-inch thick. Place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. In small bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter and seasoning. Drizzle over squash slices and toss to coat all sides. Roast for 25 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through roasting.

Try this seasoning blend & recipe with potatoes and other root veggies… so yummy!

Each package makes three batches of Roasted Veggies.

DIRECTIONS…

Spread a thin layer of this delectable three cheese sauce on pizza crust or dough leaving a 1/2” border around the edge. Add cheese and toppings and bake according to the pizza dough instructions.

OR DIP IT…

Add sauce  to a small sauce pan and warm on medium heat. Great on pasta too!

    Love this stuff. I put a couple tablespoons in the flour I used to make pumpkin seed rustic bread. I had the bread with roasted squash soup with a pumpkin seed, pancetta, brown sugar brittle sprinkle topping. Yum.

    The only thing wrong with this product is that it’s not in a larger package. Would love to have more of this on one container than lots of little packages. Great stuff!
