This sweet and savory seasoning blend of orange peel, ginger, anise and garlic makes a delicious glaze for ham, pork chops, pork tenderloin or a roast. Just mix with orange juice, simmer to reduce, brush on & roast.

  • 1 c orange juice
  • Up to 10 lb ham

In a saucepan, combine orange juice and seasoning. Over high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium high. Stirring often, allow sauce to thicken and reduce to about 1/2 cup. Cook ham according to manufacturer instructions. In the last 30 minutes of baking time, brush glaze over entire ham. Place back into oven and cook to desired doneness.

Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Sea Salt, Dehydrated Carrots, Soy Sauce Powder (Soy Sauce [Wheat, Soybeans, Salt], Maltodextrin, Salt, Caramel Color), Ginger, Dehydrated Orange Peel, Anise, Dehydrated Garlic, Horseradish, Citric Acid, Mustard, and Natural Flavors (Extracts of Anise, Ginger, and Orange Oil), and less than 2% Silicon Dioxide for anti-caking.     At first I assumed it would be a sweet glaze but it wasn’t, so I was a little skeptical. The flavor was absolutely wonderful! This skeptic loved it!
