Truffled Artichoke Dip
Combine 8 0z whipped cream cheese, 3 T blend, 1 14-0z can artichoke hearts (drained & chopped), and 2 T artichoke liquid; serve with crackers.
Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges
Combine blend with brown sugar; sprinkle over sweet potato wedges; spread in single layer on baking sheet & roast in 375F oven until done.
Easy Mushroom Gravy
In small saucepan melt 2 T unsalted butter; stir in 2 T flour & cook for 30 sec; add 14-oz can low-sodium chicken stock & 3 T blend; reduce heat & simmer for 10-12 min until thickened.
Mushroom Cream Sauce
Saute 1/2 cup minced onion in 1 T olive oil until lightly browned; stir in 1 cup dry white wine to deglaze pan; stir in 4 T blend & simmer for 10 min; reduce heat & fold in 1-1/2 cups sour cream; cook until heated through. |
