  • Description


    • Use 1-2 Tbsp of Mozambique Peri Peri per lb of meat; start with less as this is fiery spicy.
    • For grilling or roasting, mix with olive oil to create a paste; use 2 tsp per lb of meat. Rub paste into meat; marinate for 1-2 hours for best flavor. Add a bit of fresh lime juice to cut the heat and add freshness.
    • For a spicy dressing, mix 1 Tbsp with 2 Tbsp each of olive oil and vingear.
    • Sprinkle over pasta or pizza in place of red pepper flakes.
    • Sprinkle over veggies and potatoes for a kick of spice.

    Fiery Guacamole
    Combine 2 mashed avocados, 3 T lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 seeded & chopped tomato, 2 tsp seasoning, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro & 1 tsp olive oil; cover tightly with plastic wrap & refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Sweet & Spicy Snack Mix
    Heat oven to 300F.  In small saucepan boil & simmer 2 T butter, 2 T brown sugar, 1 tsp blend & 1 tsp water; pour over mixture of 2 cups small pretzels & 1 cup cashews; toss to combine; spread mixture onto prepared baking sheets & roast for 20 min, tossing occasionally

    Combine 2 T rice vinegar, 1-2 T blend, 3 T sugar & 2 T sesame seeds; pour over 2 thinly sliced cucumber; chill & serve.
