TIPS & QUICK RECIPES
Set oven to 400 degrees. Cut cauliflower into steaks and add to a roasting pan. Drizzle with oil & sprinkle on blend. Roast for 10-15 minutes.
Combine store bought hummus with Za’atar, season to taste. Serve with pita chips or veggies.
Baked Mediterranean Feta Spread
Place 8-oz feta cheese block on aluminum foil; sprinkle with 2 tsp blend & drizzle with olive oil. Seal block loosely in foil & bake in 350F oven for 10 min until cheese is soft but not mushy. Top with parsley & sun-dried tomatoes. Serve with pita chips.
Combine 2 T olive oil, 2 T honey, 3 T white vinegar, 2 tsp blend & pinch of sugar.
Mediterranean Pita Pizza
Combine 1 T olive oil with 1 tsp blend; brush on whole wheat pita. Top with 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella, chopped green & black olives & sliced mushrooms. Bake for 10 min in 425F oven.
