    TIPS & QUICK RECIPES

    • Stir Marrakesh Za’atar into olive oil or melted butter to flavor veggies.
    • For grilling or roasting, use 1 Tbsp per lb of meat.
    • Combine with minced garlic and olive oil to form a paste; rub into lamb, beef, pork or chicken and grill or roast.
    • Sprinkle on oil-brushed pita bread; toast in 350F oven for about 8 minutes.
    • To add a bit of Mediterranean flavor to soups, stews & sauces, stir in 1 tsp per cup of liquid.
    • Blend into store-bought hummus and serve with pita chips or cut veggies.
    Za'atar Roasted Cauliflower recipe

    Roasted Cauliflower
    Set oven to 400 degrees. Cut cauliflower into steaks and add to a roasting pan. Drizzle with oil & sprinkle on blend. Roast for 10-15 minutes.

    Marakesh Za'atar Hummus Recipe

    Za’atar Hummus
    Combine store bought hummus with Za’atar, season to taste. Serve with pita chips or veggies.

    Baked Feta Spread

    Baked Mediterranean Feta Spread
    Place 8-oz feta cheese block on aluminum foil; sprinkle with 2 tsp blend & drizzle with olive oil. Seal block loosely in foil & bake in 350F oven for 10 min until cheese is soft but not mushy. Top with parsley & sun-dried tomatoes. Serve with pita chips.

    ZAATAR MEDITERRANEAN DRESSING

    Mediterranean Dressing
    Combine 2 T olive oil, 2 T honey, 3 T white vinegar, 2 tsp blend & pinch of sugar.

    ZAATAR PITA PIZZA

    Mediterranean Pita Pizza
    Combine 1 T olive oil with 1 tsp blend; brush on whole wheat pita.  Top with 1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella, chopped green & black olives & sliced mushrooms. Bake for 10 min in 425F oven.
