For Single Batch of Manchego & Roasted Garlic Roasted Cauliflower:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1-1/2 Tbsp Manchego & Roasted Garlic Veggie Roaster seasoning
Preheat oven to 450°F. Slice cauliflower into 1/2-inch thick “steaks” and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp melted butter and 1-1/2 Tbsp seasoning. Brush onto both sides of cauliflower steaks. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through.
