Use 1 Tbsp per lb of salmon, white fish or meat. Finish with a squeeze of lemon or drizzle of honey.
Baked Salmon Tents
- 6 Asparagus Spears
- 4 oz Salmon Fillet
- 2-3 Tbsp Kodiak Salmon Rub
- Olive Oil
Place asparagus spears on sheet of foil, drizzle with olive oil and generous sprinkle of Kodiak Salmon Rub. Rub the salmon fillet with 1-2 tbsp of blend and drizzle with olive oil, place on top of asparagus spears in foil. Fold ends of foil to form a tent and bake it in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25min.
