Grilled Potlatch Salmon
Lightly drizzle olive oil over salmon filets; sprinkle with blend; grill for 4-5 min on each side.
Skewer shrimp or other firm seafood chunks; brush with olive oil; sprinkle with blend; grill 3-4 min per side.
Rub steaks generously with olive oil and sprinkle with 1 T blend per lb meat. Grill and slice on the diagonal. Great on Rustic Potato Wedges too.
Seared Tuna Steaks
Combine blend with olive oil to form a paste; rub on both sides of tuna steaks; sear all sides on hot grill.
