TIPS & QUICK RECIPES
- Use 2 Tbsp Kansas City Classic Rub + 1 Tbsp olive oil per pound of meat when grilling or roasting.
- For a more robust flavor, sprinkle on all sides of meat, then refrigerate for a few hours to let the rub penetrate; then cook.
- Mix 2 to 1 with brown sugar and sprinkle on sweet potato wedges — either grill or bake.
