TIPS & QUICK RECIPES
- Use 2 Tbsp per pound of meat or poultry as a rub
- Replace nutmeg in cheese-based recipes
- Coat chicken, pork loin or steak with a bit of olive oil, then sprinkle with seasoning before grilling or roasting

Jamaican Jerk Pulled Pork
Combine 2 lbs pork shoulder, 3 T blend & 1 cup chicken broth in slow cooker; cook on low for 6-8 hours; shred & serve on toasted buns.

BBQ Hot Wings
Toss 2 lbs wings with 3 T olive oil , 3 Tbsp Honey, & 3 T blend. Spread on prepared baking pan, cover with foil and roast in 400F for 35-45 min.

Zesty Asparagus
Drizzle asparagus with olive oil; sprinkle with blend & sea salt; toss & roast in 400F oven for 8-10 min.

Jamaican Jerk Burgers
Combine 2 T blend, 2 T lime juice & 2 T soy sauce; mix into 1 lb ground beef or pork; form into patties & grill.

Chicken Montego Marinade
Combine 4 T blend, 4 T fresh lime juice, 1 cup orange juice, 2 T soy sauce & 2 T olive oil; marinate chicken, pork or shrimp for 1-3 hours; remove from marinade and grill or roast.
