YOU WILL NEED…
- 1 lb peaches, halved
- 1 Tbsp seasoning
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
Brush peach halves with melted butter. Sprinkle seasoning on flesh side.
IF GRILLING, preheat grill to 375F. Place peaches flesh side down on grates and grill until caramelized.
IF ROASTING, preheat oven to 400F. Place peaches flesh side up in a baking dish and bake 15-20 minutes, until flesh has softened and tops are browned.
CULINARY WINGMAN TIP…
To make a Grilled Peach Sundae, top grilled peach with a scoop of vanilla ice cream & garnish with 1 Tbsp roughly chopped mint.
