  • Description

    To prepare, you will need:

    • 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
    • 3 Tbsp butter

    Preheat oven to 400°F.  Place sweet potatoes in large baking dish, set aside.  Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously.  Continue stirring as the butter foams, watching carefully for lightly browned specks to form at the bottom.  Immediately remove from heat and stir in contents of seasoning packet.  Pour mixture over sweet potatoes and toss until well combine.  Cover dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.  Stir sweet potatoes, cover and return to oven for 20 minutes.  Serve immediately.
