Our Herby Dill & Garlic Standout Sides green bean seasoning gives this fresh veggie a flavor boost of dill, lemon & garlic to produce a delicious and bright tasting side dish.  It’s so good you will forego the traditional casserole for this fresh side dish every time!

Just add butter and one lemon to season 1-1/2 lbs of green beans.



To prepare, you will need:

  • 1-1/2 lbs green beans, trimmed
  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • zest & juice of 1 lemon

Bring large saucepan of salted water to a boil.  Add green beans and cook until crisp-tender, approximately 3-4 minutes.  Drain; place in serving bowl.  Meanwhile in small bowl combine melted butter, lemon zest, juice and contents of seasoning packet.  Pour over cooked green beans and toss gently.  Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve immediately.

OMG!!! I can't imagine why everyone wouldn't love this product!! I first found it in a bottle, as "Tatziki Dill and Garlic" which I couldn't find on the website when I finished it. A customer service rep told me that it was repackaged as a "Standout Side" which is the same wonderful product. I don't use the whole package on beans and everything else - just sprinkle some on and the amount of salt is perfect. It's also magnificent as a dip and as a salad dressing. My husband and I thought our lives were over when I couldn't find it - we use it all the time and are so hooked!! Life is good again…….

Got a free package of the Herby Dill & Garlic side in my weekly market box. Ruined an entire pound of beautiful fresh beans with this mixture. Total flavor overkill and I didn't even use the entire packet. Very salty too. FYI they need to use a spell check; ingredients list dill weed as "dell weed" and "dill week". Pretty sad that they don't even know how to spell the main ingredient in this.

Ingredients: Dehydrated Garlic, Sea Salt, Dehydrated Onion, Dill Weed, Corn Starch, Chives, Black Pepper, Parsley, Ground Mustard, Dehydrated Lemon Peel, Ground Ginger, Dill Weed Oil, Lemon Oil.
