For Herby Chimichurri Steak Marinade:
- 2 pounds your favorite cut of steak
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Entire pouch of seasoning
Combine orange juice, olive oil, and seasoning in a plastic bag. Add steak. Refrigerate at least three hours, up to overnight.
Allow steak to come to room temperature. Remove steak from marinade and discard remaining marinade. Grill 4-8 minutes on each side or to desired doneness. For medium doneness, an internal thermometer should read 145°.
Each package marinades 2lbs of meat.
