TIPS & QUICK RECIPES
- For everyday, use Heartland Pepper & Garlic to add flavor to soups, stews, sauces and roasted veggies.
- For meats, use 1 Tbsp per 1/2 pound; press into meats for a crusted rubs.
- Sprinkle over vegetables or salads.
- Stir into dips and dressings.

Beef Tenderloin
Press 2 T blend onto 2 lb beef tenderloin. Heat 1 T vegetable oil in ovenproof skillet; sear beef on all sides and roast in 425F oven until interior of meat reaches 125F for med-rare or until desired doneness.

Parmesan Potato Wedges
Combine 2 T blend with 4 T melted butter; toss with 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges. Spread on baking sheet; sprinkle with 4 T Parmesan & roast in 375F until crisp on outside and soft on inside.

Watercress Omelet
Add handful of cleaned watercress, 1 cup gruyere cheese 1 cup of halved grape tomatoes and 1 Tbsp spice to basic omelet recipe
