HOW TO USE…
- Rub whole turkey (12-24 lbs) with 2-3 Tbsp of olive oil.
- Generously sprinkle the Herb Peppercorn Turkey Rub over the outer skin of the bird.
- Roast the turkey, uncovered, in a 325F oven until a meat thermometer registers 165F. (Cover turkey loosely with foil if it gets too brown.)
- Let turkey rest for 20-30 minutes after cooking before carving.
