A versatile roasting glaze – tart with balsamic, slightly sweet and warmly spiced. Gives pork and poultry a rich, peppery flavor.

Just brush onto turkey or ham in the last 30 minutes of cooking. Or, for an easy appetizer, pour over baked brie.

Add 2-3 Tbsp per lb of meat to your roast during the last 15-30 minutes of cooking. Do not broil.
Extra glaze can be warmed to serve as a dipping sauce.

Pairs well with hard cheeses as an appetizer and amazing on roasted Brussels sprouts!
