Boil 64-oz of chicken stock with 2 lbs cubed butternut squash for 25 min. Add 4-oz heavy cream, 2 T blend & 1 tsp nutmeg; bring to boil, reduce & simmer for 10 min — puree soup until smooth.

Combine 1 cup dried pumpkin seeds, 1 T canola oil, 2 T lime juice, + 2 tsp blend & 1/2 tsp salt; spread in single layer on parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast in 350F oven for 15-20 min, stirring halfway through roasting.

Combine 1 cup jasmine rice, + 1 T blend, 3/4 cup coconut milk, 3/4 cup water and zest of 1 lime in saucepan; simmer 12-15 min until liquid is absorbed.
