YOU WILL NEED…
1 lb tilapia filets
4 tbsp cooking oil
Sprinkle seasoning all over tilapia. Heat 2 Tbsp oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. Working in batches as needed, add tilapia and cook until golden brown (approx 4 minutes per side). Transfer to a plate and flake with two forks. Serve with toasty tortillas and your favorite toppings.
