Combine 1/2 cup olive oil and 2 T blend; toss with 4 large Idaho potatoes (cut into wedges); roast in preheated 375F oven until done. Toss with freshly grated Parmesan before serving.
Grilled Tuna Steaks
Combine 2 T blend, zest of 1 lemon, 4 T chopped parsley & 2 T olive oil; brush over 4 6-oz tuna steaks; sear both sides of fillet on hot grill.
