I used Cayman Citrus on scallops (first time cooking scallops) and it was amazing. Sweet, spicy, with a bit of fresh lime juice. I will definitely try another flavor on local seafood. Any recommendations?

Have used this since moving from Ca to Az, would like to find it here in the Phoenix area. I like to put it on raw wild shrimp then cover it until cooking or grilling-gives it just enough sweet hot flavor. Guests have raved about it.

I absolutely love the Cayman Citrus Dryglaze on grilled shrimp – this has become my go to treat for the 4th of July. Not for the meek – it’s got real heat. Can’t wait to try it on scallops.

We love this particular glaze, especially on salmon! We can’t find a retailer in the greater Phoenix area that carries it. When I saw that it was the “deal of the day” I ordered 10–to justify the the overcharge of the shipping costs. I just don’t understand in this day and age how you can justify such high shipping costs?

Restaurant Quality! I used this spice to make shrimp fajitas–OMG good! I simmered (LOW heat) some vidalia onion and sweet orange pepper in a little extra virgin olive oil for about 20 minutes, while my already-steamed shrimp sat in a bag with this spice. I then put the spiced shrimp in the pan with the onions and orange pepper and simmered for another 5 minutes, lid on/LOW heat. Served it on a warm flour tortilla, added guacomole and a store-prepared mango salsa, with a side of fresh sweet pineapple. My husband raved about it. Like being on vacation in the Carribbean!

These spices really go well with about any protein. I tried pork and shrimp and oven roasted. Turned out with a nice crust and the house smelled amazing as a bonus.

Like the chipotle rub, we use this on many different cuts of meat and a variety of seafood.

This glaze is the best on shrimp! I have tried it on chicken too. I try not to ever run out of this product because I also just sprinkle a little in beef and lamb dishes for seasoning

This is the best stuff ever. If you like spicy with a hint of tangy you will love it. I found out the longer you marinate shrimp the more spicy it is. I love it.

I brush fresh peeled shrimp, brush with canola oil and sprinkle well with the rub, then grill. I usually make some kind of rice, add peppers, onions, and pineapple on another skewer or two, makes a nice meal. Love the flavors.

This dry rub is absolutely amazing! It is loaded with flavor topped with a little heat. My husband and I love it on salmon and chicken. Will purchase more from this company and try some of the others as well.

Hi Sheba! You must LOVE spicy…because Cayman Citrus brings the heat! I love using this blend on fish tacos. Any kind of fish or shellfish will work. Pair with a crunchy slaw and warmed tortillas — you’ll have a cantina in your own kitchen! Thank you for being a customer!

Tried this on raw shrimp then cooked them on the grill…. The best I’ve ever had! I cannot find it anywhere in the Milwaukee area . I’ve found other vegetable spices and brine at World Market which I just purchased and can’t wait to try. I really wish I could find the citrus heat glaze in our area, I would buy many packets to have on hand.
