Tried this on raw shrimp then cooked them on the grill.... The best I've ever had! I cannot find it anywhere in the Milwaukee area . I've found other vegetable spices and brine at World Market which I just purchased and can't wait to try. I really wish I could find the citrus heat glaze in our area, I would buy many packets to have on hand.

This dry rub is absolutely amazing! It is loaded with flavor topped with a little heat. My husband and I love it on salmon and chicken. Will purchase more from this company and try some of the others as well.

I brush fresh peeled shrimp, brush with canola oil and sprinkle well with the rub, then grill. I usually make some kind of rice, add peppers, onions, and pineapple on another skewer or two, makes a nice meal. Love the flavors.

This is the best stuff ever. If you like spicy with a hint of tangy you will love it. I found out the longer you marinate shrimp the more spicy it is. I love it.
