For Cinnamon Chile Sweet Cantaloupe:
- 1/2 cantaloupe (1.5lb) cut into 1″ slices
- 3 Tbsp melted butter (or cooking spray)
- 1-2 Tbsp seasoning
Heat grill and oil grates. Spray slices with cooking spray or brush with melted butter. Sprinkle generously with seasoning. Grill over indirect heat for 3-5 minutes or until light grill marks form. Careful not to overcook or the melon may become soggy!
Each packet makes 4-6 servings.
