  • Description

    Use 1 Tbsp per lb of fish, shellfish, chicken or beef. Grill, broil or roast. Even mix it into mayo for a sandwich spread or fry dipper.

    For Cajun Street Shrimp

    • 1 Tbsp seasoning
    • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    • 1lb shrimp
    • 1/2 lemon, juiced

    Combine spice blend, olive oil and lemon juice together and mix well. Pour mixture over shrimp in a plastic ziplock bag, mix together to evenly coat the shrimp and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 10 minutes. Sauté the shrimp on a fry pan over med-high heat until finished cooking through, serve over rice.
